08 Frequently asked questions

How to prepare your job site

Lead times, load, operating areas: the answers to the five questions that come up with every quote. Your question isn't listed?

Ask it directly

Four factors: the weight and volume to be moved, the number of rotations needed, the distance between the loading base and the drop zone, and the accessibility of the site. A half-day job with a clear landing zone is nothing like an operation in a city centre that requires marking out and closing a street. Describe the job to us and we will tell you how we organise it.

[LEAD TIME TO BE CONFIRMED] What affects lead time: the availability of the right aircraft, the permits required for the area, and the weather window. A job planned in advance is easy to schedule.

The AS350 handles standard loads. For anything above 1,200 kg, we switch to the H225. If you don't know the exact weight of what needs to be lifted, give us the dimensions and the material and we will make the estimate.

Yes. It is even a significant part of our business. An urban operation requires heavier preparation: specific permits, a safety perimeter, coordination with the municipality and sometimes a temporary road closure. We put the file together with you.

Yes. Our bases are in the Pyrénées-Orientales, but our partner network covers the whole country. Depending on the job, we bring our own aircraft or call on the best-placed partner. Either way, you keep the same point of contact.
